Anna Nesbitt (she/her) is a legal analyst, clinic escort and abortion fund volunteer, and recent graduate of Wellesley College. During her time at Wellesley, she conducted research on abortion clinic staff and volunteer experiences with protest and the police, grounded in her experience volunteering at clinics in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. Her honors thesis research, which involved extensive interviews and ethnographic fieldwork, culminated in a presentation at the 2025 Western Political Science Association Conference. Outside of Wellesley, Anna interned at the Urban Institute Health Policy Center, where she supported the Reproductive Health Experiences and Access (RHEA) Project. She also served as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, where she conducted policy research and met with constituents on a variety of healthcare issues. Prior to these roles, she worked for a sexual education nonprofit, where she developed intersectional curriculum for middle and high school students. Currently, she works as Legal Analyst in Washington, D.C. and volunteers with the DC Abortion Fund.

Anna joined the Reproductive Equity Action Lab in the Fall of 2024 as an Undergraduate Intern after concluding her role at the Urban Institute. She has now transitioned to a new role as a Research Collaborator, where she focuses primarily on the Clinic Violence research project as an extension of her undergraduate work.
